Tickets cost £20 per person, and all ages are welcome.

How do I book?
Select “Book Now” anywhere on the website. The booking calendar will show the available dates, times and remaining places.
How long does the experience last?
Each Santa session is scheduled for 30 minutes.
Can I buy an additional letter pack?
Yes. Additional letter packs cost £5 each and can be added for children who are not attending.
What happens if we are late?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Sessions run to a schedule, so we cannot guarantee that late arrivals can join a later session.
Can I take photographs?
Photography guidance will be confirmed before bookings open.
What if my child has accessibility requirements?
Please contact us before your visit. Tell us what would help your child feel comfortable and we will discuss how best to support your family.
